one of the saleswomen screwed up my dresses, and when they came in- the dresses didnt even match. i was freaking out, however, both managers helped me fix everything!!!! and it looks even better now. thank you!
RecommendedSo, the first time i went looking for my dress it was the same day i ended up saying yes to it, i was assisted by Hunter who was very nice and pleasant to work with ! The reason this is 3 stars is because when i called to pay it off i had assumed that they keep it there until the alteration. I've been to David's bridal in Whitehall twice now and I must say the customer service has been amazing! My first visit was to find my wedding dress. Laura was able to work her magic and find me my dream dress within my budget. Her creativity and expertise really shined as she helped me pick the perfect accessories to go with my dress as well! Went in for a dress last minute for my daughters wedding. Hunter was so helpful in finding the right size and color. I didn’t feel at all rushed. She was extremely sweet and made my experience an excellent one!

The staff at David’s Bridal made my wedding dress shopping an amazing experience. Tia especially was so helpful and had a great vision to help put my look together. She went above and beyond to make the moment special when I said yes to the dress!
The bride and I went in looking for my bridesmaid dress unsure of what exact color or style of dress we wanted and Tia was great and helped us to figure everything out and helped measure us to make sure to get the perfect fit!

I went to David’s Bridal in Whitehall with my family and had a fantastic experience. Amanda was assigned to me and she was amazing and so helpful! I had no idea walking in there that I would say yes to the dress that quickly! Amanda has everything prepared and she made me feel so comfortable! Definitely recommend this place!
