First of all WOW. I’m not going to lie I was skeptical about David’s bridal being that it’s a chain store but I was so wrong. Anthony was amazing! From having a bad first experience somewhere else to coming here an finding my dress has to speak volumes with what they do at David’s Bridal in Whitehall. Madeline was very accommodating for us when trying on bridesmaids dresses as well as fitting us in for the bride to try on dresses as well. She was very honest as well, which is appreciated. Very professional and nice!
I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but I was absolutely stunned at the wonderful customer service they provided today. I went in to pick my dress up to find out they ordered the wrong size. Before I was able to panic and try to figure out how to lose some weight they got my correct size, swapped it out, and went above and beyond to right the mistake. I definitely recommend this store!
My first appointment at the store was on a Saturday and the store was very busy and my original stylist (I forget her name)was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend booking an appointment on a weekend. My second appointment was during a week night and I had Lily as a stylist who was very friendly and helpful! Alexis made my wedding dress shopping experience a dream come true! She skipped her break to continue my appointment and help my matrons of honor find their dresses too. She made sure to hear what I had to say about every dress, and was super sweet and kind throughout. She helped my vision that I didn't even know I had come to life!
