Awful. This is the dress I got. I tried it on three different times at David’s bridal. I had cups put in my dress and a sash put on as well, which cost me an extra $100. I received my dress and everything seemed fine with it! I tried it on and walked around the store in it every time I tried it on. I sat down in chairs and I bent over to make sure everything fit the way it should. I did not gain any weight over this time period. This past weekend was wedding weekend. Terrible experience. Alterations could not get my measurements correct for about a year on my wedding dress. When I finally had enough of my alterations being messed up every time, the lady said “your boobs are getting bigger. You’re getting bigger”. Nope. I’m 24 years old and never reached 100lbs. I ordered a dress on 6/28 and called them on 7/6 to cancel my order because the bride and groom aren’t getting married anymore. They told me I was outside of the 7 day window to cancel the order EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. Just because they’re open doesn’t mean I’m available to call and cancel my order at that time. I left my name and number to speak to a manager over 24 hours ago and still haven’t received a call and now my order doesn’t even show on my account anymore. Paid almost $300 for alterations and went to pick up my dress two days before the wedding I am standing up in and completely botched the dress. Rude customer service except the girls up front, those ladies were very nice. They were the only good part of my experience. They told me to come back in over an hour to see ‘if’ they could fix it. Had it not been mandatory to get my dress from here I would have just went to Tiffani’s Bridal down on college ave. Not to mention alterations are cheaper and employees are waaaay nicer. There was a constant barrage of sales pressure throughout the entire process that really turned us off of this store completely. Our consultant appeared to only care about making the sale and was not helpful at all in finding us the perfect dress. We went to two other places that same day and the experience was far better even though we were walk-ins.

Just walked in to David’s bridal Appleton to 4 people just standing and another washing windows and get told they had 0 availability for someone to help me try on wedding dresses... called David’s in Green Bay able to accommodate right away so we are booking it up there... very disappointed 😞
