The sales people only seem to care about you when you walk in after that you fend for yourself. Someone said they would come check on me and I waited and waited so I just left. I'll get my alterations elsewhere and dry cleaning for my wrinkled dress!
Horrible place. I HAD to buy 2 bridesmaids dresses last year cuz the brides choose to get the dresses there. This is the worst place for a bridal store.. the dresses were both wrinkled when I got them. The service was not good either. Just to pick up my dress I had to wait 1/2 hour. Never again..
