Incredibly disappointed in the attention we received from our associate. We rarely saw her. We had to go get the sizes we needed of the racks ourselfs. They did not have the size we needed in the style we wanted to try on. They had sizes much larger and smaller but not our actual size. Incredibly disappointing in my eyes for our bride.

This Arlington tx location was charging me $20 more. I had to call the Kansas City, MO location to get the price the other bridesmaids paid. The manager was not help. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION- what a rip off. Tried on my dress and had to order from another state. �

My daughter was there yesterday she said no one helped her and the people here were just mean. Treated bad. Y'all owe my daughter an apology... She's so happy about her wedding and had to deal with rude David's staff.

I’ve been in this store three times and all three times I’ve bought a dress. I will be in 3 weddings in the next year. The first time I went, I made an appointment. I got there on time for my appointment and I understand that people run late but my consultant didn’t help me very much and I had to chase her down to get any help. I am so dissapointed with the service and being told one thing by one employee and something different from another. First of all, when i came in for my appointment. We were told that we could look around. We were also told that if we saw something we liked but it wasnt my size, that our consultant could look in the back and see what thwy had in back in my size. The staff of David's bridal are awesome, but the prices for the alterations are ridiculous! I will never use them again ! The alterations cost more than my dress!

We had a 4:30 appointment for my daughter. We arrived right on time and it was over an hour before we saw our consultant. She was nice but very new to the job . It took another hour to try on TWO dresses. It was a Saturday, a very busy time I realize, but.... Saturday comes around once a week, it would be fairly easy to schedule extra workers or even suggest another time for some brides.
