God daughter had a appt yesterday 3:30....basically had to assist ourselves for about 35 min before I requested a mgr. Mid day on a Saturday, there should always be enough staff available this time of day...not sure what the deal was. We had to start our on rooms, no dresses pulled (per consultant), not very knowledgeable of styles and different materials. The very first time I went I told the representative what my budget was and the fabric I wanted she came out with one of the most expensive dresses with flowers all over it which is something I DID NOT ask for. Finally ask for another rep that could help, purchased dress everything was great or so I thought. This was the worst experience ever. Too bad there was no option for zero stars because I would've left that. I made an appointment for 4:30, arrived 10 minutes early and was told to look at the dress selection and never was able to try on a dress in the "supposed" dressing room. My stylist just left me and didn't check to see if I had a dress until after I asked for a manager from the person that was at the welcome desk..the manager came over and apologized, stated one stylist didn't show so everyone had to double up on gues... read more

They dont inforce rules for all peoplr. We had just bought a dress for my cousin. I walked to get a drink because we were already there for 2 hours and when i come back im not allowed in because of my drinks. Everybody had a drink near the dressing rooms but the lady at the front got an attitude with me about it. I told her that there were people back there with drinks already. Her response was that they must have put it in their purse walking in. Horrible taste in my mouth and will never buy my wedding dress from here!!!

One of my worst retail experiences EVER! They overbooked. Consultant literally told me she was bringing me "the biggest dresses" she has. I'm a 12 to14. I'm sure I'm not one of biggest customers. She brought size 20 and up. Insulting! We had appointment but spent 2 1/2 hours finding our own dresses.

My stylist Courtnee was an absolute darling. Listened, pulled exactly what we discussed prior to starting the selection. We even laughed quite a bit , because she is shorter than I am , which made putting dresses over my head a challenge. Yes I did find ,my dress. YET.. at check out I had to wait 20 additional minutes , for assistance, only to be asked did I want the sample or was I ordering. I would never recommend this store. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 6 pm appointment. I was checked in after 15 minutes of standing there while the staff chit chatted and one answered the phone. Plenty of staff doing nothing and could of helped check people in. I was told a consultant would be right with me. At 6:27 then I was approached by a consultant. Why would I have a 6pm appointment and hang out in the store for a half an hour. That is not the point of an appointment. At this point your associates have wasted my time... read more

It was packed! My bridesmaids couldn't even really try on their dress choices. Hardly even had their sizes anyhow and some of the employees were absolutely RUDE. We will NOT be back. One employee had the nerve to tell me and my bridesmaid EXCUSE ME I ACTUALLY HAVE A GROUP really catty and I was there for an APPOINTMENT looking at dresses with MY GROUP. Some dresses they did get to try on were broken as well. Good luck to those that go here!
