Horrible store manager! The worst experience, the bride to be (my sister) called,scheduled and did everything she was told to do, including making a profile so dresses could be pulled before we arrived and they never were pulled. When we walked in we were greeted and immediately told the stylist was not there to help but the store manager would assist us. At this point I would not recommend David's Bridal to anyone. They asked how can we improve: First if you order a wedding dress for a bride let it not be used, dirty and damaged. Have better customer service in store and over the phone Those are two things just to start with
If you’re looking for great customer service David’s Bridal is not for you. I spent a lot of money and needed to return an item under $80 and it was next to impossible!  They had every opportunity to make the customer happy and chose to be very aweful. I will not recommend David’s Bridal for customer service the manager was very rude! It’s a thumb me down for me! But I do recommend their alterations department Hae Young  does a fantastic job!

Worse experience ever! When I purchased my Mother Of The Bride dress I was told I could return it if I decided I didn't like it. I was never told there was a time frame. I went in today to exchange it for another dress and was told by the manager which wasn't very nice that I couldn't because its been past 60 days. Once again I was never told there was a time frame but I literally picked up my dress 66 days ago! David's has been my family's go to for many years but after today we will never purchase anything from them again... read more

PLEASE READ THIS!! DB has the WORST return policy EVER! Let me tell you why. I ordered a (regular) dress in the store in September. It came to the store in November. They advertise 1 week return - ok - that sucks on its own, but ok. So, I came back to return the dress one day after I picked it up and was told that it was after the 1 week BECAUSE THE ONE WEEK RETURN STARTS THE DAY YOU PURCHASE IT - NOT THE DAY YOU GET IT!! And, there's more! So, no money back but you can exchange it - and you have 60 days to exchange, BUUTTT... read more

I am still waiting a refund for 5 weeks now. I have been getting the run around from the local Augusta store. I’ve been told that an email was sent on my behalf that was 4 days ago . It took 11 seconds to pay for my gown and 38 days so far since I returned it still nothing !!
