Our first trip here was wonderful Miss Francis helped us tremendously once we found the dress the manager Marianne told us they could order it new for us in her size two weeks later they had not called to let us know the dress was in and to make appointments for the alterations so I called and they squeezed Us in on a Saturday upon arrival I noticed the dress is not new and they've just put new tags on the dress the alteration lady told me that the dress was new and I told her I wanted to speak with the manager the... read more

I received the worst customer service from David Bridal today. This was my 2nd trip to the Augusta, Ga location and both times my service representative was Cass. She was impatient, had a bad attitude and her service was down right terrible!

I didn't know I needed an appointment to find my wedding dress, but they worked some things out for me and were able to see me. I got my dream dress. The ladies are so friendly! I had a blast. Ms. Francis made trying on dresses even more fun! Update 3/9/18. Back in February my bridesmaids picked out dresses. I wasn't told my dresses came in until one of my bridesmaids went in with her niece and decided to check on them. No phone call, text, email or anything. It was horrible, the consultant that was to assist us in finding dresses for me Aunts bridal party was NOT so helpful and very un-organized..However we wasted 2 hours there and still ended up going to another bridal shop and purchasing dresses there...

My poor rating is due to extreme unprofessionalism and low professional knowledge. In my second visit to this store I witnessed employees gossiping about each other AND myself, their costumer. I was simply waiting for the employees to finish their discussion with one another (speaking poorly of other staff members) in order to ask them a question on the main floor. Horrible experience here! Would give a 0 if possible. Browsed through to look at belts for my dress during a sale with my mother. Tried to put the belt on with a dress similar to my idea and was told we weren't allowed to look at the dresses alone anymore. The way it was said to us was almost as if they were going to kick us out of the store. We put every single dress back on the rack exactly where we found it (otherwise I could understand them getting upset). There were other women browsing the racks as well and taking dres... read more
