I had an amazing day with Mrs Francis at David’s!!! I highly recommend her and Mary Jane for their experience there!!!

My daughter bought a prom dress on Feb 27th. She tried to return in before the 14 days, and the store was not accepting returns because of covid 19. She was told to wait.The governor shut the state down.She called several times and was told on April 30th that the store would be accepting return on May 4th, as long as you had the reciept and still had tags on it. (the dress is still in the bag with tags on it).My daughter went to take it back this morning and was told that policy changed and they would not be taking the dress... read more
I only recommend the location if you go see Michelle or Natalie. they are money hungry and very inconvenient. this experience has been very rough

these people are money hungry taking advantages of people misfortunes, my wife bought the preservation box to get her dress preserved, so she takes it up there, they send it off, and it gets stolen in the process of delivery by USPS, david bridal said they cant do nothing referred her to the preservation company, and apparently the policy only insures up to $500, which they never informed her when she bought it, but what pisses me off the most is USPS looked into it and said they are reimbursing david bridal the full amount.... read more

I was there in patient because it was my sister's wedding but the service was awful as far as they didn't have the dress so they had to call around I waited over 2 hours just for them to get override code because they could not find the dress that I needed it would be my preference for a place that I will go to if I were to get married
I found my wedding dress there and the customer service was awesome !

I worked here for 1 1/2 years and it was insane. I started out loving it, but then quickly found out how manipulative the store manager is. She even made me come into work 2 hours after my grandmother died (and denies she did that). I went through a tough time with depression, but still did my job very well and was always very kind to the customers. When I put my two weeks written notice in, she basically ignored me.
