BEST EXPERIENCE!! I had an appointment earlier in the day at the North Austin location and it left me feeling defeated, upset, and just overall disappointed. Adison was absolutely amazing! She made my bridal appointment a breeze. She was so patient with me and really made my appointment meaningful and special. Very great at getting a bride to be picture herself on her big day and walking down to her forever. Wasn’t expecting to cry but everything flooded in and I KNEW it was THE dress. She knew I was nervous because I was worried that what if the dress I loved didn’t work out. Katlyn in alterations was a such a sweetheart and helped my mother and I with so many decisions. We altered my entire dress- straps, sides, raised waist, armholes, hem, added cups, and a petticoat. These were all needed to make my gown and myself look and feel so much more pretty and confident! She took the time to make it perfect! Thank you so much for the good laughs and sharing your time with us!
My time here started off amazing and ended with a beautiful dress! Madison helped me find the dresses and Leslie fitted the chosen one up. Everyone that helped and that I interacted with was so helpful and warm! Thank you ladies for working with my short time frame and making this a lovely experience!!
