Day before my best friends wedding. Another David’s Bridal in Hurst, TX had pretty much botched my alterations I paid $200 for. I called this David’s and spoke with Leslie in alterations. She squeezed me into her schedule and into my dress and made it comfortable!! She did a wonderful job of explaining to us the best way to assemble the back of the dress and she fixed the strap for me which was FOUR INCHES off. She saved my day and I would highly recommend her. I went in looking for a prom dress because the one I had ordered wasn’t coming in time. My stylist Brenda, was super helpful and got me many dresses that I liked and even offered to make alterations to some to fit my unique taste. Brenda also was super friendly and made it such a fabulous experience! If you make an appointment at David’s bridal request Brenda as a stylist for the best experience.
Ms. Carolyn did a fantastic job greeting us, taking us through the dress selection process and suggesting options. We are on a time crunch and she made it happen. Thank you to David's Bridal and to Ms. Carolyn.

I came in feeling fully defeated due to a poor experience at a different location. Tessa greatest me with complete hospitality and kindness. She listened to what I WANTED vs what she thought I should have. Carolyn is whom my appointment was with and I am assounted by the professionalism, energy and kindness she also gave me. The attention to my needs was more than met and I will be returning for all future formal needs! Thank you thank you!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!
