This 5-star rating is SOLEY due to the customer service, professionalism, and talents of my seamstress, Kaitlin. Bless this miracle worker’s heart. She stepped in and took over my alterations appointment when I was on the verge of tears thinking my dream dress was ruined. The initial alterations left sleeves entirely too small and I had no movement of my arms. The length of my sleeves had been tacked entirely too short.
