The wrong salesperson can ruin an experience and I was stressing. Ren was seriously PERFECT. Not too pushy but there when I needed her and made me feel sooooo pretty and like she was one of my girlfriends. Ask for her if you can!
Ren was incredible and made our experience so special; if you can request her for your bridal appointment, do it!!
Ren was the best!! We didn’t have an appointment and she was very busy, but she was so patient and kind to us.
I arrived late and Ren found my dress and color, before they closed. She made the whole process so smooth.
Lauren was very helpful and I found the dress with her help.

I bought my dress from this location in February 2022, and picking up my dress from its final alterations as I write this review. I cannot say enough good things about this store! We made the trip from Waco after that store had a dress I loved, but not in my size. This store had my size and the dress was about to be discontinued. We were so blown away by the customer service we have received at every step that we gladly made the trip to come see them each time. Absolutely FLOORED!!!!! I feel bad I forgot her name but the older Asian lady in Alterations is an masterful magician! I bought 2 dresses, yes 2 of the same dress. I didn’t want to wear strapless or the spaghetti sleeves the dress came with and decided to purchase a second one to use to make sleeves. I swear it looks as if the dress was made to have sleeves on it. I can’t wait to marry the man of my dreams in my gorgeous wedding dress! All thanks to her!
