Literally the worst bridesmaid experience of my life. Horrible appointment, they ordered the wrong dress. Now they won’t answer the phone when I try to check that status of my dress. Tried for three weeks with no answer. Go to the Slidell store for MUCH better service.
My daughter’s dress was delivered today in this box! I’m pissed! It better be perfect !
My initial appt was okay. There were to many people trying on dresses and to many people with them to actually enjoy my appointment. The stylist was FANTASTIC though! I did end up finding the perfect dress.Customer service did not meet my expectations, when my dress was ready the girl called and said it’s ready and needs to be picked up in 7 days 😳. If I could give it 0 stars I would! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH THE MOST SPECIAL MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE!!! I just went in for dress alterations and it was a complete NIGHTMARE!!! They were so unprofessional and rude that I couldn't even trust them to do my alterations. The Chinese lady literally YANKED my price tag/care tag/extra button tag off my LACE dress. I was mortified. I went today with a group of 6 supporters and walked out teary eyed and heart broken. The entire experience was a wreck. From barely having anything in my size (per the sales lady), only being allowed to try on FOUR dresses for my appointment (that's all their allowed to let us try on per an appointment per sales lady), to being told a big group makes finding a dresser harder. She was very pushy, completely rushing me, and not very friendly. But on the plus size, the lady who checked me in was the sweetest!

Went in on 9/2 looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. I was greeted by two employees who pointed to a corner in the back of the store where they said I could find what I was looking for....and that's it!! Never came to see if I needed assistance or to offer any!!! PITTIFUL HORRIBLE experience!! My husband WHO IS IN NO WAY WHATSOEVER prejudice stated, "I think you were the wrong color"!!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!

I am extremely upset with Davids Bridal. I've had the worse experience ever. The first was when I requested a decorative comb put in place of the generic comb that was in my Vail and once I came in to pickup my dress and Vail from alterations the comb Not only was not on my Vail but it was completely gone from my package.
