Absolute WORST place to go for professionalism and quality care from START TO FINISH! TOTALLY RUINED the experience! Tried pushing me in a dress and pressuring me on bridesmaids dresses to the point of leaving. Idk how you sew a veil BACKWARDS (among several other things) but to crumple a $200 veil into a ball after its clean at bottom of dress bag is just POOR beyond words!
What's the point in changing my appointment time if when I come in my name can't be found everytime I come in.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion & how cold hearted these people are, especially if their job is to deal with brides for a joyous occasion! They quite honestly need to open their eyes & realize that they are in the middle of a natural disaster location that is recovering right now. I was told my dress wouldn't be in for over a month, which would give me enough time to finish the rebuild on my closets. It came in 2 weeks. My daughter found a dress for a great price and most of the people were very nice. However, the consultant we were assigned to wasn't much help. We made an appt but that was totally not necessary.
Shitty customer services, wrong dressed ordered twice wouldn't advise my worst enemy to go there
My daughter walked in and told them we were looking for a long white graduation gown. The woman at the front smirked and rolled her eyes. We were shuffled off to a remote corner and literally left alone the entire time! No one ever checked on us to see if we needed help. We tried on one dress and left. As we walked by the women at the front door, no one looked at us or spoke. There weren't even any other customers in the store so they didn't have the excuse of being too busy. For one, I had a horrible consultant. She was rushing me to try things on and to make a decision. Didn't even look at my favorites that I had picked online. I got another consultant and she was good. But didn't put any information about my bridal party in the system so they had to remember all of their sizes. To top all of that off, I get my "new" dress to find a makeup stain. Talked to the manager and she said that they ordered it from another store off the rack when they told me I was getting a new dress. So I don't have a... read more
Literally the worst bridal store I have ever visited in my life. Please save yourself time and money and do not shop here. If I had thirty minutes to write a detailed explanation of why, I would, but just know that you should take your business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
