I came into David's Bridal to try on dresses the lady that helped me was very nice and did a great job she told me I could put a deposit of 188 on my dress. I asked her if I could call back Friday and pay with my card she said yes. When I called her back she said I had to come in the store to pay it because they had to order the dress and it takes 18 weeks to get the dress back. I just walked out of your store! Very unprofessional and lack quality service. The sales associates need more training, your prices does not reflect the store at all. Close down or get it together! I will never return.
