Wonderful! Krystal at the Beaverton store was very helpful and accommodating. The store didn't have the particular dress I wanted so she called around on her own and found it for me at the Clackamas location. Johanna assisted me there. Very patient and super friendly. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the service! Would gladly recommend Davids Bridal! :)

I didn't really like the person who helped me. She was being rude to me basically the whole time. Told me that coming in in January is not enough time to find a wedding dress for April. And because of this I couldn't order a dress. She didn't seem very personable whatsoever. It seemed kinda to me that she was judging me. She wasn't very nice to my guests, they felt offended as well. I was happy about the experience overall but frustrated that our stylist was also trying to help a bride at the same time. She was getting frustrated.

I called asking about rush alterations on a dress a bought at the Clackamas store. She got me in the same day. She was very polite, personable, and genuinely cares for her customers. I prefer the Beaverton store over the Clackamas store for its customer service!!
