This past weekend we took a ride from Butte to Billings. Erin was exceptional! Great atmosphere, very professional and welcoming! Not only did Erin help me find the perfect dress, she also helped us with bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses! Thank you Erin!!
So they had plenty of dresses for me to choose from. But I had a close date and the girl gave me dresses I couldn't even order. But eventually we found one.
Each trip I made was excellent. Picking my bridesmaid dresses and having them received in a timely manner. Swapping out some merchandise I purchased for other items and the alterations on my dress. She was super amazing to work with and made me feel comfortable in achieving my perfect final look.
I had an amazing experience shopping with Ayla my dress consultant. Her attention to detail and knowledge of dresses was exactly what I needed to make a decision. She was also the most pleasant person and so accommodating to our wedding group. I had been shopping for weeks at other shops and had not experienced the customer service she provided. She truly is an asset to your company at your Billings MT store.
We had a short deadline due to going active duty for the Army. The Billings store was more than accommodating. Thank you.
