I ordered shoes for a wedding, and I did not wear the shoes or even picked them up. I tried to return today while in their possession, and they said no return after 7 days. It took that long for the shoes to come in. This policy is ridiculous! You will never get my money again David’s Bridal!!

I’m very stressed and upset with the service I have gotten. I ordered my dress in December of last year, it was too small so I ordered a size up.. the dress came in sooner than expected but I never received an email or call. When I picked the dress up I was in a hurry so I didn’t try it on there, instead I got fitted at home. I realized that even though I ordered a size up it was tighter than the one I tried on in the first place! I have had the worst experience with this place! I was so excited to get my dress and my bridesmaids dresses from there. When my bridesmaids and I went to pick their dresses out, the sales person (I wish I could remover her name) kept telling my girls they couldn’t fit in any of the dresses or would bring them a dress that was way to small and tell them they could at least “get the idea” then continued to leave my group (We had an appointment for a full hour) to help a young girl purchasing a prom dress and just talking with... read more

I have had the worst experience.. the day me and my bridal party went to try on, my dress along with two others were purchased the same day.. for months after i kept getting a call that one of the dresses purchased that day had not been paid for (each time i sent them the receipt to show it sure was) but i still kept getting the same call. they never ordered the dress until like two month before my wedding and it JUST came in. Don’t go here !!!!! Dresses are in bad condition. They ordered my dress way too big. Barely anything to try on that isn’t broken or stretched out.

Wish I would’ve went with another bridal store. When I went to look and dresses and brought my dress that the girl was nice. When I went to pick up my dress it was ordered two sizes two small. So they had to order another one in the right size and wait. I finally got my alterations appointment and had the WORST customer service EVER. They fitted me and all that. Even though they argued about everything my mother and I said, like the length, they wanted it shorter, but I wanted it longer so my shoes didn’t show. The problem w... read more
