Had a wonderful appointment! The staff was friendly and laughing with me, and paid attention to my preferences. Kristen managed to find me the right dress, right size, in store! Low stress and lots of fun—can’t wait to rock my bridesmaid dress!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. ZERO RESPECT FOR THIS STORE, THE ONE WORKER WE HAD AND THE MANAGER VICTORIA. They messed up my best friends order on a dress she said yes too, then they told us on the phone to come in and pick out another dress that we could take home today, we had a appt and we show up to a clueless place where nobody knows what is going on or why we are even here. Worst customer service. They didn’t speak much at all. We left as soon as we realized that they weren’t going to be any help. Sad.. because I’ve always heard good things about them!

Horrible experience altogether. I gave 2 stars only because there were a few really nice consultants that stepped in to help when my consultant was trying to rush me off. My appointment was from 1:30 to 3. I had already chosen about 6 dresses to try on while waiting for my appointment. By 2:00 I had already tried on all of the dresses, none of which I liked. On 02/24/2018 my soon to be sister-in-law had an appointment at 12:30 for a bridesmaids and wedding dress. When they arrived at approximately 12:15 and there were 2 lines but nobody there to greet them, tell them what they needed to do, or anything. We bought my granddaughters wedding gown at David's Bridal in January 2017. Her wedding got postponed and it is not until 2018 now. They never once offered to store the gown, house the gown or give us any information on what to do with the gown for the year that it's going to wait to be hanging in a closet.
