I had such a horrible experience when I went to pick bridesmaids dresses I knew I didn't want to buy my own dress from there so I cancelled my appointment. I was so happy my bridesmaids decided to go with a dress from another place. I decided to give them another chance and purchased my mothers dress from here. We ordered it because the dress in the store was torn. They told us it would be in march 3rd. We called before visiting the store and they then said it would not be in until April 4. I have been in several weddings and have never had such a difficult experience getting a bridesmaids dress. They advertise plus size dresses, but fail to tell you that a larger dress takes 4-6 months to be made and shipped. That is simply ridiculous. I also struggled to communicate and place an order with store employees who insinuated that I was lying about a phone call with a customer service agent. I will avoid giving them my business ever again.

When it comes to getting a dress for our little girl they said what size she would need. When it came in it wouldn't fit her leg. Then a girl measured her. It came in. Too small still. Getting too close to the wedding. The manager got on the phone and is ordering another one in larger size.

Appointment time was 1:30 at 2:00 had to ask when our consultant would be available for us. Finally at 2:15 we go to try dresses on. We had to help my daughter try the dresses on because she was to busy with another client. Also the dresses were poor quality. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Very poor service.

Went for my step sister whom is getting married in 6 months. This was a visit on for bridesmaids and flower girls. When she had made the appointment she asked for a 1:30 appointment, they said they was booked and asked her to do 12:30. She said that's fine too. We got there about 10-15min early. Didn't get a stylist till 1:30 then they told her they had to get someone else bc she couldnt do a "party" (there was 2 bridesmaids & 2 flower girls.. so waited on someone else. We didn't get treated and helped the way others was been helped didn't have help to even sip up a dress...I think the people could have been more helpful than they was...
Hoover. Horrible no one to help. My daughter was trying on a dress and a sales associate asked how long she was she going to be using the dressing room. Found a dress with no price tag on it waited an hour for them to figure out a price. I think they just made a price up. I will discourage my daughter from getting her bridesmaids dresses from there.
If you have a lot of money to spend on a dress u will love it there but if u are on a tight budget then I suggest u tell them your budget is about 200$ less than what it really is !! It started out fun but by the time we left we felt like some poor white girls and we got a 400$ dress and to us that's a lot of money but at lease we did get a beautiful dress and I called corporate and they fix the problem I hope for the next not so rich girls that come they can enjoy dress shopping
