Worst bridal experience ever at this store, the pensacola store and the montgomery store. Do not ever use this company! Rude, overpriced, the seamstress charged me well over normal prices to hem my wedding dress and I swear she never touched it. I was tripping over it on my wedding day and the cheap bra they sewed in was hanging out! They were rude to my bridesmaids and me. I don't see how this place is still running.
Awful awful awful customer service at your Hoover location. Other people before me have warned me not to go, but I decided to go anyway, and was immediately disappointed. Your customer service model needs to be revamped.
