I did not have an appointment and it was busy but I didn't feel ignored or looked over. I was there at 10:45 am because the site said opens at 11:00. That was the only problem I had, they didn't open till 12 so that needs to be fixed!

My experience at this store was amazing. The. Salesperson was helpful and we were able to decide in a beautiful junior prom dress. Even the alteration manager came out to pin my granddaughter to a tee. All in all it was a great experience

I love love Ms. Valerie!!! She is the best. I was there in March and Ms. Valerie was off and the lady that was help me was the worst. But today I got Ms. Valerie and she always go above and beyond for her customer. She is the best. She is most definitely management material!!!

So I went to have my dress altered after speaking with a seamstress prior to ordering my dress. I explained I would be having weight loss surgery, the seamstress told me to order the dress two sizes down. Original size 22, two sizes down 18. I am now in a size 12. It would cost me almost half what I paid for the dress to be altered. Was advised to send the dress back and purchase the same dress but smaller. Paid 949 for the online price.
