We came into David’s bridal Jan. 22 looking for Mother Of the bride & Mother of the groom dresses. Molly worked with us and she was very professional, Pleasant and a enjoy to work with!!! I would have given a 4 or 5 star if the mother’s did not have to share the same dressing room & it was sooo Crowded it was difficult to move. Everything else was fine, thank you Molly!!!
I was in need of a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding that was about 4 months away. I was told that because of the color she chose, I could only choose from about 10 different styles of dresses because other styles would not arrive in time. I did not like any of the styles, and instead of getting the $80 dress that I had liked and picked out online, I was forced to spend $140 on a style I truly did not like. Worked with Jenny and she was absolutely fabulous, even grabbing kleenex for the mother-in-law to be! I did not like that they do not take measurements and order correct sizes to begin with and I will have to pay for alterations. That seems a little scammy for as much as dresses cost already.

Consultant did not write down my measurements and my wedding dress order came in several sizes off...took more than an hour of talking to staff to have the correct size ordered, AFTER they suggested I try on and take the "floor model" if it fit. The seamstress did very little to make me feel better about the botched order and seemed slightly annoyed. Awful customer service. Consultant was awful, messed up dress sizes and now they wont exchange it. Sent another dress to the wrong address and now they do not want to steam my daughters wedding dress if someone else alters it. Talk about a money hungry company. I would never suggests anyone go here. Find somewhere else. Save the aggravation. You dont need the added stress.

I wasn't sure what to put my stars at after today's experience at davids bridal. I purchased my dress here a year ago and Wendy helped me pick my dream dress...it had everything I wanted. Fast forward a couple of months. I took my dress in to get alterations done. Today I went back and try on my dress and thank God my mom was there to actually speak up about the flaws that were created on my dress after alterations. My bridesmaids all ordered their dresses from David's bridal. Half of whom had issues with their alterations. We don't live nearby, so it was a huge hassle to go pick up the dresses, only to leave them there to be altered again. Not only were the alterations SUPER expensive, they did a terrible job. Never once did they apologize for the butchered dress job or the inconvenience. AND the "second fix up" appointment is cutting it close to the wedding. Avoid davids bridal.
