Absolutely horrible!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend coming here. First, I was lied too about colors that were available in dress options. Then I was told a manager would contact me and 2 months and many phone calls later, no call back. I had my dress altered, and came back in and the alterations weren't completed (for example, I paid to have the straps removed and dress taken in)...now, I can clearly see the straps still on the dress yet, they still wanted to charge me again for the same services! They are helpful but they don't really know what they are doing. Don't let you know that a line is ending when your interested. Thankfully we called the week it was ending to pay.
This place just sucks. Its the fast food of bridal.
