Manager was very rude and difficult to work with. Won’t be back.

The staff was very friendly when my daughter was trying on prom dresses on a Monday evening. They answered our questions and confirmed that alterations could still be done on time if we paid a rush fee. My daughter narrowed it down to 2 choices and put them both on hold until the end of the day Tuesday. I called the store on Tuesday afternoon and told them I wanted to purchase one of the dresses. My dress that i look forward to wearing on my wedding day, that i spent alot of money on was in a clear plastic bag when i picked it up. You'd think after all we paid that they would at least have a proper dress bag. David's Bridal has boring, out dated styles for bridesmaids and not enough room or staff for large bridal parties. No mirrors in the fitting rooms that are too small for 2 ppl. Air conditioning is needed in the fitting area and not just the front of the store, during the summer months. This is by far the worst Davids bridal I have ever been to. I have been in here multiple times for weddings and its always the same. I was here back in spring to try on bridesmaid dresses and the party of 5 bridesmaids and 2 Mothers were crammed into ONE dressing room in the corner. The associate was no where to be found and would pop back in after her other groups she was working with. I had never been treated so irrelevant in planning for my big day. When I set an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses they "lost" my appointment but got me back on the schedule. When I got there, there were busy but it was beyond packed. I was only given 1 dressing room for all my girls and the girl helping us was also assisting another group if 6+ ladies. I ended up pulling my own dresses off the rack and doing all the running for my girls, when I should have been watching my girls and enjoying the experience. ... read more

I am apart of a wedding party and we came in today and was not helped at all! The one girl that was helping us got called to the back only to not return. We love David’s Bridal and it’s actually a tradition to get all of our dresses from you! I can’t believe the amount of discrimination that was showed today! We got whispered about, pointed at and flat out terrible service! We will not be back at this location and to be honest probably ever at another David’s Bridal.

First off the dresses for Mom of the Groom were all plus size and not many choices. They obviously don’t care about the mom’s. They also need a chair in the dressing rooms. My mom has a bad hip and it was impossible for her to change. She has to sit. She’s having hip replacement in June. They need to schedule fittings better. Too many people at one time. Can’t get to the mirrors to see yourself. Overall poor dressing rooms and poor dress selection for moms. Also I had some teen open my fitting room door while I was undressin... read more

I don't think this place could have been any more disorganized. Apparently, you were "overbooked" so our group was stuffed in a corner with no chairs for any of us including my 90 year old grandmother. The dresses that were reserved, supposedly, for us to try on were not, so the lady in charge of our appointment had to run around to find different sample sizes. Disorganized. Chaotic. And just piss poor service.
