The staff there was so welcoming from the second we walked in. Our bridal stylist Daphney was super sweet and helpful. They didn't have the dress I wanted in the store and I was a bit disappointed. But, one of the managers Fawn was able to help and together with Daphney they found a very similar dress that I could try on while they ordered my dream reception dress. All in all, my experience was great and I can't wait to go back to get more items!

I had a 5:00 appointment and the stylist, Ebony never came to help me. Finally, I went up to the front desk at 5:30 and was dismissed and told "someone else can help you". That someone else, while trying, was tied up with another bride. There was zero point in making an appointment, despite Davids Bridal always recommending one and giving dirty looks if you dont have one.

The experience was just ok. The worker had to deal with multiple parties at once due to the place being packed. We told the person what color we wanted our dress and she showed us a dress that didn't even come in the color we chose for our wedding. Due to us falling in love with the dress we still decided to go with what she showed us. In the end we found our bridesmaids dresses so it was a success!
