I was a walk in looking for a grown for my step daughter wedding they help me to find the perfect grown how ever they was not attentive to me like they should have been

Ranessa is amazing ! She took care of me for my bridesmaid dress appointment and was incredibly friendly and patient while I tried on over 17 different dresses before finding the perfect one. I wish I would have had her with me when I was shopping for my wedding gown ! 5 stars for that magical lady !!

I went in looking for a Juliette Cap veil. The associate had no idea what that style was. Seeing as it's been around since the turn of the last century, I was not impressed. I also stopped in to shop bridal accessories like the ones I had seen on your website. You don't carry them in store. I had better luck at BHLDN
