I am EXTREMELY shocked to see such terrible reviews. On August 7, 2016 I had an appointment and Kate was my consultant. I brought my mom, sister, 2 grandmas, and stepmom. I told Kate all of my "perfect dress" visions and she stuck with me through all of my annoying requests. I found my perfect dress and saved money on it! I absolutely LOVED Jamie, too! Yesterday I walked in, to try on some dresses and Maryann and she was a blast. Made my appointment so much fun and made me feel amazing. I found the dress I wanted and loved at an amazing price and I cannot wait for my final fitting!!!

I had my bridal appointment today with Kate. I honestly had an amazing experience. She listened to me and helped me find the perfect dress while making it a fun experience! Thanks to Kate for making it a fun and enjoyable day!
My appointment was scheduled for 11, right when the store opens. We walked to the door about 5 minutes early, and it was locked. When it started pouring rain, Jamie ran up to let us in so we weren't stuck in the rain, and politely explained that it would be a few minutes before they were ready. The staff we all so nice and helpful. When my sister was shopping for her dress yesterday, I was probably the most annoying customer of the day! That being said, the ladies answered all of my 5000000000+ questions with a smile and didn't act annoyed with any of my millions of requests I had either. My sister found a dress that makes her look like she belongs on the front of a bridal magazine too!
