Good selection. I did like the store size but it wasn't really set up for you to take people with you. It was only 2 spots to have brides walk out to. the employee that worked with me was a little pushy to get me to buy even though I wasn't sure about my dress (no I didn't buy it) but in fairness to her, I guess they do work off commission. After a slow start (we didn't have an appointment) we had a great time trying on dresses, looking at others trying on dresses. My daughter did find her dress at David's!
If I could rate them zero stars I would. Alterations at this store were a total nightmare. As soon as I walked in I was approached by the alterations manager and she had explained that my dress had to be sent to another store as they were busy and it got stained in a few spots in the process. The wedding is a week away and she assured me it would be fixed. I tried the dress on and immediately started crying out of frustration. What piss poor customer service I received on Saturday. My wedding dress arrived 3 months early so I went to pick it up. The older woman with glasses helped me and my maid of honor. When I asked about alterations and if pockets would be a possibility I was met with the response “oh honey not with this cheap of a dress”. This experience was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. David’s likes to tell people it is size inclusive but that is completely untrue. My salesperson, Jody, didn’t begin helping us until 6:17 when my appointment was at 6. She said to look at the boards and find the dresses I liked and she would pull those for me to try on. My dress shopping experience was fine. I choose an expensive dress, over my budget, but I loved it. ($1,200) Alterations were another $400 and unfortunately my bustle fell out after 10 minutes. They seemed to have been poorly done. I was very disappointed because my expensive dress was ruined by being torn and dragged when I wasn't lugging the heavy train around on my arm. It was basically impossible for me to even dance. I would NOT recommend getting your dress altered here. Take it somewhere else!
Bought a beautiful wedding dress from this location. But Do Not get your dress altered there!!!! Emily was the girl doing the alterations She was rude, gave the cost for alterations at $480.00. By the 2nd and 3rd fitting w same fitting issues not fixed. Third fitting finally addressing the Issue and fixing it, informed me there would be a additional charge if 85.00, for something that could easily be fixed after first fitting.
