Please, please, PLEASE!! Whatever you do, do NOT go here!!!!! The absolute worst place you can ever go to get any kind of dress, but especially the worst place to get your wedding dress. I am the maid of honor for my sister's (Meghan) wedding. When we first went there for her wedding dress, everything was fun, lighthearted, the associate we had was helpful, we didn't have to wait to be seen for her appointment. I said I recommend, yes and no. My appointment was Saturday feb 29th at 10:30 and I was 5 minutes behind because my GPS took me the wrong way. But once I got there I didn’t get back into a fitting room until 11:20 because they didn’t have anyone to take me. The lady did have another girl so she was back and forth. I did find my dress! But I was under the assumption that my paint ent would be longer since it was late. No. I had to be out by 12:30. We went to David's bridal and had a wonderful experience! After an awful experience at a different salon yesterday morning, we then went to David's and were pleasantly surprised. Sarina was wonderful. She listened to exactly what my daughter wanted. She brought dresses, veils, shoes and belt. More than one stylist helped her and the manager came by to make sure we were being taken care of. Sarina helped her get into the dress and out. Don't go to this store for any of your bridal needs ever. They messed up my order and never placed the in-store order for my veil and shoes. My appointment is this Sunday 9/29 11am. I expect my veil and shoes to be there or I am going straight to the Better Business Bureau

So here's the thing, when you make an appointment you're treated really nicely, I wouldn't say phenomenal, but definitely nicely. However, even though appointments aren't required, MOST of the staff, especially the older white lady with glasses that I believe might be a supervisor, don't acknowledge your existence. I went in trying to just look at dresses for my mother and we waited for over an hour just for some guidance, or even someone to say "here's a room to try on what you've found." I went today with my mother because obviously she’s getting married the girl who first served us at the entrance rude because we got there at 8:30 and rudely advice us WE CLOSE AT 9pm like hurrying us up, it wasn’t like we weren’t buying anything.
