Very disappointed by the service here. I've been here twice and both times have been a horrible experience. Both online and in store seem to be struggling with customer service. It is no wonder they are not doing well as a business. Maybe treat your paying customers better and you'll do well? 🤷♀️🤔
Dresses are cut small, you can't get a refund or an exchange after the event. will never purchase anything else from David's Bridal again

It was the worst experience I when wedding dress shopping. My consultant, Yasmin, was late coming out to help me and the women at the front door told me that she was there. It was obvious that she did not want to be at work. She continuously disappeared or was busy talking to another employee every time I needed the dress zipped, so I or my friend zipped the dress because I waited so long. If at all possible DO NOT GO HERE to get your dress!!! They are horrible!!! They do not care about their brides and their needs at all. I bought my dress almost a year ago there and have been trying to get alterations done from them for almost 4 months and still don't have my wedding dress. My wedding is in about three weeks... They ordered me the wrong size in my dress and the straps were messed up when the dress finally came in. My experience with Davids bridal was awful. I am a pregnant bridesmaid and the wedding is out of state. When I went in store to order the dress, they advised that the dress would arrive on time and that I should come in a few weeks before the wedding to have the dress altered. I had an appointment this afternoon to try on my wedding dress to have my "say yes to the dress" moment and to pick out bridesmaids dresses with my wedding party and family.
