This is a complicated situation but overall an experience that makes me hesitant with any future assigned brides maid dresses from David's Bridal. I tried on a dress and preordered it at the Buckhead location and completed the order through the Duluth location. Worst experience ever. Very poor customer service!! Every dress I tried on was damaged & dirty. GO TO ATHENS DAVIDS BRIDAL they're the best around here.
They have good selection, but when it comes to customer service there is none,I went there to buy me a dress for my niece wedding and the lady at the reception show me where I could find the dresses,but after that nobody helped me with anything. When I finally decided what dress to get,I went to the front to ask if anybody could help me finding some sandals and the lady by the door started rushing me to the check out and again nobody helped me,I found the sandals by myself,after go through piles of boxes. All three of my sisters got their gowns at David's Bridal. My closest sister in age got hers from this location and we were very pleased with the service. I got engaged last month, and my mother and I went to look at dresses today. The lady who finally helped me did not want to be there, tried to pass me off to the other girl working (who refused to help me because she didn't want to do anything), and was very short with me the entire time.
