I had wonderful experience with Jackie and Fallon. I needed to do a full dress exchange for my bridesmaid dress, as it didn't fit when it came in. The store was exceptionally accommodating about the appointment time and the dress exchange, absolutely no hassle. On top of that, Fallon went above and beyond to help me find a bustier to wear under the dress, and make sure that I got one with the best fit, as well as shoes. I can't believe how my experience was today finding the dress of my dreams.. the girls in there are absolutely amazing... All the times I have dealt with David's has been good except once. The one time that was not exceptional a was because the girl was trying to do two fittings at once and that just doesn't work. We were there the other day and the lady was very helpful and the seamstress spent half hour with us. It was very nice. NOW just to wait and see how it turns out in the end!!
