We had a Terrible experience with consultant Valerie at the Cambridge Ontario location. The are very nice when you go to order the dress. But heaven forbid if it doesn't fit when you pick it up. They fat shame you and make you feel like garbage on a day you should feel beautiful. Brides beware. Do not get a dress from this location. My fiance left there in tears. That should not have happened on the day she's picking up her wedding dress
My Daughter went in today for Prom dress and was fat shamed by associate and we ended up leaving in tears. If anyone shops there you are supporting and contributing to the destruction of self confidence and mental health of daughters everywhere. Boycott this place.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My best friend is getting married next year and made an appointment for an alteration quote. Judy the head seamstress was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. She told my friend that unless she choses David's to do her alterations, she cannot even put on her dress to get a proper quote. She was rude beyond, her attitude towards me (the bridesmaid) while asking questions to clarity things, severely unprofessional!!!
