You could serve a lot more brides and be a lot more efficient and provide a better experience if you hired more consultants. I came in with 5 bridesmaids - 3 had already to been measured and you couldn't find their measurements so they had to be remeasured. It took us 20 minutes to meet our consultant and she kept having to apologize for leaving us to take care of the other bride she was working with. Our appointment was for 1 hour and we spent over 2 hours in the store and we already had the dress picked out...we only neede... read more

Kat was the one who helped me pick out my bridal gown, was the one who helped me pick out my bridal gown, and she was wonderful help and a sweetheart! Right from the start she picked out one that I fell in love with, but she was still very patient as I tried on a couple more. The seamstress was also wonderful, made the whole experience very enjoyable and felt well taken care of. She wanted me to love everything and feel comfortable.
