My dress needed to fit several high requirements, and David's Bridal in Champaign, IL didn't blink an eye. They quickly found several dresses that were just St what I was looking for. The seamstress was so positive about the adjustments that needed to be done. Overall I would say my experience was encouraging.

MaKayla is a wonderful consultant I cannin to get my dress and it didn't fit but she kept me calm and her and the manager that day made it right. Also the day I went to get it she helped me make sure my bridesmaids were in the computer and the dresses I liked were in the wish list. The first consultant that helped me did not put anything in the computer so MaKayla eased my mind by putting my wedding in the computer. Friday 4/21 I want to get the reorder and she was wonderful yet again! Thank you MaKayla!!

When we first showed up we had plenty of help. Apparently our consultant had two appointments at the same time. Once the other party showed up we got pushed to the side and felt ignored.

I went in for alterations to my wedding dress. The consultant started the appointment on time and answered all of my questions. She did not make me feel rushed at all. I have great experience with David's Bridal from buying my gown at a store in Indianapolis, IN to the store in Phoenix, AZ where one of my bridesmaids got her dressed.
