I bought my dress from here back in 2011. Now my daughter just got engaged so I can't wait to go back to find her a beautiful dress.
Went in spur of the moment to try on bridesmaids dresses and they were able to fit me in to their busy schedule! Found the dress I wanted and ordered it in the color needed within an hour. Staff was super friendly and helped me with every question I had along the way.
Went in today with a list of dresses that I liked online. Jessica was wonderful. She grabbed my favorite dress and a few others so I had different types to try and she definitely helped find THE dress. I put it on and feel in love! She even found fantastic accessories!
Our consultant was wonderful. My daughter Mary, found the perfect dress! We will be going back for the brides maids dresses & my dress too! We had a fantastic experience 😀
So I went yesterday with my future MIL, my fiancé, and our son. I had my appointment set for 1:30 and arrived 10 minutes late (had slight trouble finding the salon). The receptionist was very understanding and very helpful. We did have to wait a little bit for a consultant because it was such a busy day, but we didn't have to wait long. They were able to print off my favorites list and Jessica was able to pull about 6/12 of my favorite dresses. This place is amazing, what a wonderful experience. I have never been treated with such excellent customer service . Michelle worked with us to find the perfect dress for my daughter, she is absolutely great. Tyler was just as great he made sure that the dress will fir her perfect. The entire staff showed interest in the shopping experience. They also are well stocked with some of the prettiest dresses. Thanks for caring so much about such a special event.
Just wanted to say Thank you!! to Jessica B. From David's Bridal in North Charleston, she was so helpful when we were looking for a prom dress for Hannah and she had the patience of a saint!! We were there until 9 o'clock at night , which is closing time. Awesome customer service which is hard to find. Thank you again Jessica B. For everything!!
