Just went in on April 2nd with my fiance to find my wedding dress. We actually got there 30mins early so we just looked around until my appointment time which was 1:30. They were all so nice from the moment we walked in. I think the ladies name was Ms. Terrell that helped me but I'm not 100%. But she was nice in every way. I have always had the most wonderful experiences at David's Bridal. First when I bought my wedding dress and again as I needed to get a dress as a bridesmaid. The employees are outstanding and go so much out of their way to help you. They are friendly and knowledgeable plus ready to joke with you if shopping gets a little intense! The management is Superb! I was able to get an appointment on the same day, but it took a while for them to actually get me a fitting room when I got to the store. The lady who helped me was nice enough, and seemed to know what she was talking about, so I hope I will be happy with my actual dress when it arrives! I got exactly what my bride wanted for a bridesmaid dress �
Made an apt for 11:00. We (bridesmaids) waited 15 minutes at check in counter while 2 groups came in behind us and were taken back immediately. We were allotted an hour with a Bridal Consultant. We did not see her until 11:30, leaving us only 30 minutes to pick out & try on dresses. She was very nice & helpful, and it was probably not her fault they were running behind.
