Manager Paul at the South Charleston store refused to interview a young lady for being 1 minute late. He didn't allow her to explain that there was construction and she had never driven there before. He was very rude. Now there are many people sharing her story and boycotting this story. Way to go Paul!
My soon to be SIL applied for a job here, was literally ONE MINUTE late & the manager didn’t even give her a second to apologize & explain that she got stuck in that awful road work. TERRIBLE leadership… you suck ass Paul!!!! I guess y’all like being short staffed with your crappy attitude

the sales lady had no interest in helping when she found one she liked i asked how much out the door and they literally said we can't give you a price because blah blah blah if you can't give a price I can't spend my money there had better sales experience from shoe stores

The store was overcrowded, and we were rushed to a dressing room that had been overbooked even though we had a appointment over a week ago. The bathrooms were disgusting, the other bridal parties were rude and nothing was done about it, we were not impressed. The dress was lovely, but the enxterience was nothing short of stressful.

Got bridesmaids dress which I knew could only be exchanged. In April noticed it was too small for my daughter and with COVID store was closed and no news of when would be opened again. With wedding coming up I couldn’t risk the store not opening so I contacted them online. They tell me they can’t exchange it online I would have to order bigger size when store opened I could return it then. 5 stars Sydney made the whole experience enjoyable, she is awesome ! She helped us with the wedding dress and bridesmaid dress. She knew what we liked and picked out dresses that were the perfect fit! Highly recommend Sydney and David’s Bridal !!

I had a good experience when I bought my wedding dress a couple months ago, however I had a totally different experience today looking for bridesmaids dresses. I made an appointment which I thought ensured that I had someone reserved to help us. When we arrived, I told the lady in the front we had an apt at 3:30. She told us to look around and someone would be around to help us. No one ever came. We ended up picking out the dresses, going to the fitting area, trying them on, with no assistance.
