I don't usually right reviews but this one definitely needs to be told.....after reading other reviews on here I see its a recurring problem with this piece of crap so called bridal store. My daughter bought her wedding dress from here and agree to have it altered as well..today when she went to pick it up and try it on she was less than happy..the dress has 2 nice stains on the dress and where they put the cups in for the bra I think they must have been drinking or let a 2 year old do it.....it's horrible to say the least..... read more
I do not even know where to begin. My daughter's story has many layers of poor service and indifference. We should have known what would happen when, on the day we ordered, one young lady was too busy to even show Ashli the dresses she was interested in seeing. We were on our way out when a kind clerk stopped us and helped us find the right dress. Ashli was told it could be altered when it arrived. That is another story. My maid of honor and myself went to find dresses for my bridal party. I had all intentions of buying my girls dresses, my flower girl dress, my junior bridesmaid dress, and all jewelry/shoes to go with everything from this store. The assistant wouldn't let us personally look at selections for my maid of honor--completely rushed her into trying on 2 dresses and was very unprofessional. A great assortment and found the perfect dress for my daughter!
Worst experience ever. Dress was priced wrong and out of stock so had to order one. No big deal there, but when we received the dress half of the bead work was damaged, there was sweat stains and make up on it. We returned to the shop to be cleaned (live in Ohio) and repaired. Took several weeks to get back and then when we called to make sure was ready for pick up we were rudely told it would be ready without even being asked our name. Picked the dress up and repairs were still NOT completed. So told to come back in an hour... read more
Shopping at David's Bridal was the absolute worst decision I have ever made in my entire life. I live in Charlotte NC and have already purchased my dress at a DB there (which is another nightmare all together, by the way) but my bridesmaids and flower girl live all in different states and I wanted to be able to get matching dresses, so I chose DB.
