Worst experience ever. The most disgusting attitudes I’ve come across. Most of the girls that were not helping us complained about how many bridesmaids we had and the girl that helped us body shamed multiple bridesmaids. I was told to remove bra stuffers I didn’t have, she asked one if she ever ate and then told another her dress wasn’t for her and to take it off. She also told the bridesmaids we would’ve been lost without her because our bride didn’t know what she was doing?? Like I said, disgusting and unprofessional.

I am usually not the type of person to write reviews, but I just could not let this awful experience slide by. My bestfriend is using David's Bridal for her bridesmaids dresses, as we had made an appointment to go today to try on options for dresses. We were sent to look for and pick out dresses until a stylist was able to come and assist us. Danielle came up to us while we were browsing and helped us get into our fitting rooms. Honestly if I could give this location 0 stars I would! DO NOT COME HERE unless you have a specific dress from David's in mind. To be honest there are many other small business boutique store in and around charlotte with the same price range as David's. David's reminds me of a Walmart for wedding dresses. Very very low quality materials in their dresses you could honestly get the same feel with a SHEIN dress. They are very basic traditional designs. We went to David’s Bridal in Charlotte at Northlake for my daughter’s first wedding dress shopping experience. We made the appointment for 4:30 so the crowds would be gone and figured our consultant would be very attentive since it was not so crowded. Boy were we wrong. We got there 10 minutes early and the girl at the front desk just told us to go start looking through dresses. When our consultant came over she was rude because we had pulled some dresses in a bag but we were only doing what the girl at the desk told us to. ... read more

No help whatsoever, I tried the dress on by myself and had to ask her to clip me multiple times. She didn’t give me any suggestions and I was highly disappointed, not to mention I bought a dress and now wish I hadn’t .

I purchased my wedding gown and all of my Matron and Bridesmaids dresses from David's Bridal. My 9 year old is my flower girl in my wedding and the dresses that were available were cut too small in the kid section. Per the recommendation of our stylist she suggested a dress that was not available in style or size an had to be ordered. She was unable to try it on.
