We didn't have an appointment but they were helping us within 15 to 20 minutes. We told them what we wanted and my daughter Andrea picked the 1st dress she tried on. Awesome staff and amazing service. We're very pleased with the whole process.

My engagement party was yesterday and the dress I had ordered never showed so I made a run over to David’s Bridal Chattanooga and told the girls my dilemma, what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. They immediately got to work pulling what they thought would be best. They found me a great dress under budget and a gorgeous sash to compliment the dress still under my budget and all of this in only 20 minutes!
