Anna Day was so amazing! She helped me find the perfect dress for my big day! Very friendly and fun to be around. She has a great personality and I’m so glad I got to meet her. She is a great example of how a bride should be treated when choosing a dress, she is a great employee for David’s Bridal for sure!!

If I could give this location and manager zero stars I would! My 4 bridesmaids and I went to the location to try on dresses and the manager, Chrystal was absolutely horrible! She was rude, condescending, and so much more! I want my bridesmaids to feel comfortable in their dresses and gave them free range on style and fabric and Chrystal asked me, “if at your wedding you turned around and looked at your bridesmaids would you be okay with them looking awful.” If that’s not nasty and the worst customer service. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the service received at this location! My wedding dress only required a few minor alterations, but the end result is FLAWLESS!!! Gisela and Emily are wonderful!!
Emily helped fix my dress after it was messed up elsewhere. She was so reassuring, got it done quickly, and it turned out perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
After botched alterations, multiple appointments, black smudges on my dress, and the strangest bustle on earth at the Easton Columbus location, I came here as a last ditch effort to fix the cups and bustle in my dress. Erin and Amber literally made my attitude towards David's Bridal (and also my dress) do a 180. Scheduled a next day appointment and they spent an hour and a half making sure I loved my dress again. My daughter told me she was going to prom which was less than two weeks away. Her dress was too long and needed to be altered and quickly. With a small rush fee, the ladies at David’s Bridal were able to come through for us. While trying on and picking up the dress tonight a young seamstress (I forgot her name, but it started with a “K”) noticed something that we didn’t.
