My bridesmaids bought dresses from here and after that there has been nothing but problems! I took pictures of all my bridesmaids in the size dress they were getting and one of my bridesmaids received her dress and it was a bigger size, when I called the store I got hung up on twice! I had to show up to the store and the manager completely didnt care. Although the prices are good on dresses, the alterations or grossly overpriced. The wait times are horrific, and they clearly have no idea to multitask, and offer efficient customer service. Fairly disappointed.
I would NOT recommend going to David’s Bridal. 3 times dealing with them and have received bad customer service - each time. I paid my account off on January 13th - the due date. My payment was Late by a couple hours. The deadline is 6pm central time. I thought my account was paid off and clear. I realized they charged me a late fee and then charged me another late fee for being late on the late fee. I called to see if they would clear off the fees and close my account.
