My visit to the Robinson store was awesome I did not regret driving from cleveland, oh but the best part was working with Mycal he was awesome he picked dresses I never would have guessed that would look good on me! He was also very patient with me and my mom. He's the best!!

When me and my bridesmaids arrived for our scheduled appointment, we were not helped by our assigned consultant. She checked us in rooms and left. After my bridesmaids put on dresses... She was not there to assist with new sizes and was not there to give us new dress options. Other customers in the store actually came over to give style advice. Claire was amazing. I could not have picked a more perfect stylist. Even though I went in there having something in mind, it didn't work out, I didn't like them, the first dress she suggested I chose. She knew exactly what to get me. She made an effort to appease everyone in my party and was just wonderful.

I missed the $99 dress sale by one day but the selection of dresses in my price range was kinda limited...the consultant I worked with was kind of rude as well I just think she could have been a little nicer

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store ever one was very friendly. My consultant Norina was very helping in helping find another type of dress. For my sisters August wedding that wouldn't have a long deliver my time.

Everyone I met with in store was great! My alterations came out great. Everyone was so sweet and made me feel so confident & comfortable even though I am typically very insecure and uncomfortable in a dress. The only reason for my 3 star rating is pricing. The bridesmaid dress and alterations were a bit more than expected, and I was able to easily find the undergarments the staff suggested online for nearly 60% less than the price offered in-store.
