The employee that helped me throughout my appointment was very kind, professional, friendly, and did a great job helping me find what I was looking for. I also appreciate that she helped me stay within my budget. Additionally, most of the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Very nice employees and the consultant made sure to make my bridesmaid was comfortable and happy.
Great place, but very limited selection (only 3 dresses available in the style I wanted) and they overbooked so no platforms were available. The lady was very helpful and everyone was really nice. Thankfully they had the dress I wanted from their website, so I got to order my size in it.
My consultant was awesome! I'm not sure what her name was, she is a nursing student though & she was very sweet and made my time there very enjoyable! The front desk lady was a little rude when she found out we didn't make an appointment, but one of the other ladies by her made us feel welcome & got us the next available appointment.
When, I tried on dresses, I found the one I loved. I felt like because I picked a dress that was on sale. I was no longer a priority. My friends & I asked the sales associate if she believed I needed a smaller size. I was told no & there was no way I would fit it. So, I took her "knowledge" & purchased the one I tried one. It was never offered as a option to order one in for me,or that it was available online. Just bought a Beautiful wedding dress yesterday. Danielle was Amazing. She answered all my question. After trying on just 2 dresses she kNew exactly what I was looking for in a dress went and got it and had me try it on and right away her choice was the one I . I would highly recommend her.
