Bernadette was an excellent help in my rush to find the perfect dress. Awesome!
Kristen in alterations helped me (the bride) and my bridal party out so much! She helped schedule our appointments so we could get our dresses on time. She was so personable during the appointment, and made it an enjoyable experience!
Mercy was amazing! She listened to what I wanted in a dress and even made some suggestions that were great! I actually went with a dress in a different style because of her suggestion. Her personality made me and my crew feel so special and comfortable. However, the other staff members were awful. The young lady at the registration table was cold and other consultants gave my guests ugly stares and unwelcoming glances. I also think that there needs to be better scheduling of consultants. We visited the store this past week. The greeter was very friendly and introduced us to our associate they would be helping us, Rocelle. Unfortunately, this experience was less than stunning. I understand they have strict guidelines about patrons not removing the dresses from the rag however this could have been said with a smile and a soft attitude.
