Julia was my sales person and she did an amazing job. I didn't have an appointment but only waited maybe 30 mins. And the alterations lady Kate was great as well. They had a great selection and didn't try to push me out of my budget.

I did not like the attitude of the 2 front desk people (booker and side area person). The stylist was nice, but refuted me often and was gone searching most of the time. She didn't understand my need to make sure I was able to try the best deal dresses for my size. I have had a much more pleasant experience at other David's Bridal stores (Savannah) in the past. I believe her name was Mercy. She was just awesome!! So awesome. Excellent customer service is everything. Especially considering that we had just had a horrible customer service experience at Jo Lin Bridal. Our guards were already up. But from the moment we walked through the door, the greeting from the receptionist was worth the fact that we had traveled across town in the bad weather. The ladies are fabulous.
