Bad. It was so busy my appointment was at 1:30 and I didn't get to a dressing room till 2:15. None of the dresses I seen on line had the same tag number as the store so the stylist couldn't find any of the one's I wanted to try on. She looked up each dress and it wasn't even close to the one on line. I drove an hour and tried on 4 dresses. Very disappointed
